I am a member of the Music Industry and have been involved for the past 35 years or so. An important issue facing the Industry today is the licensing of content by the owners for the multiple uses that are evolving - broadcasting, digital download and streaming and on the mobile platform. In view of the fact that the Copyright Act is an enabling statute it is imperative that content flow is made simple and automatic.
